Our next speaker is a globally recognised business psychologist and a leading expert in job crafting, positive psychology, and personalised work design. He is the Founder of Tailored Thinking, an award-winning consultancy, and has been recognised as one of HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinkers.

Rob is a TEDx speaker, author of Personalization at Work, and has written for the likes of Harvard Business Review and Work Magazine. His insights help organisations create happier, healthier, and higher-performing workplaces by blending cutting-edge research with practical, real-world strategies.

Today, he’s going to share how we can reimagine work to unlock engagement, wellbeing, and performance through smarter job design and a strengths-based approach.

AV Requirements

To ensure a smooth and engaging experience for your audience, here are the preferred technical requirements for Rob Baker’s presentations:

  • Presentation Format – Rob uses CANVA and GoogleSlides for his presentations and will provide the final file in advance.

  • Multimedia – Rob integrates videos and animations into his presentations, so please ensure sound capability for video playback.

  • Microphone – For optimal audio, Rob prefers a lapel (clip-on) or headset microphone, depending on the room size and setup.

  • Slide Control – A clicker/remote is requested for advancing slides.

  • Comfort Monitor – If available, a comfort monitor is useful for keeping track of slides and audience engagement, though not essential.

  • Timer Display – A visible clock or timer is ideal to help Rob manage timing effectively.
